Efficient Staff Scheduling
Effective staff scheduling is at the core of successful emergency medicine practice. For years, providers have told us that a reasonable schedule is their highest priority after a safe work environment and fair compensation. We also understand that the best care is delivered by a well-rested provider who wants to be there. For these reasons, we recruit a full roster of qualified providers and complete schedules well in advance (typically a month or more ahead.) Our Regional Operations Directors are available 24/7 in case of scheduling emergencies, ensuring there is never an interruption in coverage.

We work closely with our partner hospitals to select the best providers, ensuring highly qualified personnel to support smaller hospitals in smaller communities. No Non-competes
We respect the autonomy of our partner hospitals. We understand that we’re providing a service, not claiming ownership of providers. If, at any point, a hospital prefers to in-source providers or engage another group, they are free to do so. Our contracts do not restrict providers’ ability to work directly for the hospital or another group. This flexibility empowers our partner hospitals to make decisions that best suit their needs.
