The Heart of NewGen

We founded NewGen Emergency Medicine to build better ED groups for Rural and Community Hospitals. We can operate them more efficiently and at lower costs than the large private Equity-backed corporations that dominate much of this industry. The founding team has spent the last several decades working with these large companies, and we’ve watched as they’ve shifted their focus to urban markets and large systems, steadily becoming less interested in smaller hospitals in smaller towns.

We formed NewGen to partner exclusively with rural and community hospitals, as these are the hospitals we feel we can best support and will benefit the most from the efficient, transparent, and cost-effective services we provide.

We built NewGen Emergency Medicine to operate differently. Because we formed post-COVID and aren’t burdened with the legacy costs and liabilities of a pre-COVID, office-based environment, we can deliver our services much more efficiently and cost-effectively than our peers in the industry. Our team is compromised of elite, dedicated, and passionate employees who have worked together for many years prior to forming NewGen—we are seasoned, stress-tested, and thrive in this new healthcare landscape.

At NewGen Emergency Medicine, we firmly believe that smaller hospitals deserve better service—one that is delivered honestly, transparently, and by quality providers. We are committed to providing excellent care and understand the importance of reasonable costs. We are confident that no one is more capable of delivering this than NewGen Emergency Medicine.

Financial Discipline

We understand that overall cost is usually a (if not the) primary driving factor when selecting an ED group. This is why we’ve set up our company in several important ways that differentiate us from our peers in this industry. At NewGen, we seek ER physicians that excel in a community hospital environment and are committed to serving smaller communities.

Cost and Efficiency

In the ever-evolving healthcare landscape, controlling costs and optimizing efficiency are paramount for the success of emergency medicine practices.

Process Improvement

When hospitals take charge of their emergency medicine services billing, they open doors to advantages that impact both the bottom line and patient care.
