With over 20 years of experience in physician practice management, Greg has consistently advanced within a single organization, taking on diverse operational roles. His expertise encompasses provider recruitment and management, contract negotiations, team building, and fostering strong client relationships. Greg has specialized in Emergency Medicine, primarily for smaller facilities—while also supporting large hospitals and gaining experience in Hospital Medicine and Anesthesia. Founding NewGen Emergency Medicine fulfilled Greg’s long-held vision to offer honest, straightforward, and efficient service within the industry. He and his team are dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare, balancing professional excellence with a commitment to work-life harmony.

A lifelong resident of Pensacola, FL, Greg graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, Dana, and their two daughters, as well as traveling and mountain biking.
