Dax offers more than fifteen years of management experience in Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist Medicine, with a proven track record in recruiting, scheduling, and practice management. He is known for building strong relationships with clients and clinicians, and he thrives in high-pressure environments while consistently delivering outstanding service.  Dax uses his skills to propose creative solutions to everyday challenges in healthcare.

Outside of work, Dax enjoys quality time with his large family, competing in long-distance running events, and exploring his passion for history.
