With more than 25 years of experience in physician practice management, Andy has progressed from financial management to executive leadership. He began his career overseeing payroll, business analysis, and budgeting before moving into operations. As Executive Vice President of the community hospital division, Andy led a team of over 60 people and managed relationships with more than 150 clients across 30+ states. While his primary expertise is in emergency medicine, he also has significant experience in hospital medicine and anesthesia. Originally from a small Mississippi town, Andy founded NewGen Emergency Medicine to bring a more personal and collaborative approach to community and rural hospital markets, emphasizing the importance of trust and genuine relationships.

Andy earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Mississippi State University in 1995.

He and his wife, Jennipher, married in 1996 and have three sons. In his free time, Andy enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
